» New Patient Forms: To expedite your visit, please complete our new patient forms, which can be conveniently downloaded from our website, and bring them with you to your first visit.

Step 2
Comprehensive Consultation & Examination
» Personalized Consultation: You will meet with one of our experienced chiropractors – Dr. McGinnis, Dr. Fuller, Dr. Kereluik or Dr. Buttazzoni – for a one-on-one consultation. They will take the time to listen to your health concerns, discuss your medical history, and understand your treatment goals.
» Thorough Examination: Following the consultation, you will undergo a comprehensive physical examination, which may include orthopedic tests, neurological assessments, and postural analysis.

Diagnosis & Treatment Plan
